applications for our LVN program (3rd cohort-full)

All applicants must be atleast 18 years old or older.

Our school is affiliated with Meritize. Once application for the new school year is open, you will be eligible to apply for a student loan at Meritize. As soon as you're approved, someone from our school will contact you right away to help you complete the rest of the requirements.

You will take an entrance exam a few weeks before the first day of the school year in order to be officially admitted to the new cohort of students. Review references will be available.

You will be scheduled for a school interview with our Admissions Director. Our school will contact you for the date.

You will be needed to submit a complete physical exam within the year, with no evidence of a communicable disease. You will also submit your history of immunizations and flu shots, and a yearly TB test or chest xray within the last 2 years, plus your covid vaccines.

You will need to submit a copy of your background check using the website of U.S. Department of Health and HUman Services- Office of the Inspector General Exclusion Database.
