Dr. Jeffrey Chan has been in the valley for years. He established Healthpeak Home Health in 2011 and was previously a director of nursing at Valley Convalescent (now El Centro Post Acute). He also worked as a biology professor at SDSU, director of nurses for Imperial Manor, and an El Centro Regional Medical Center case manager. Dr. Jeffrey Chan is a family nurse practitioner and a doctor of nursing practice. He also has a master's in nursing and a master's in teaching biology and administration. Dr. Chan also established assisted living homes for older people in San Diego County: Serene Greenfield Manor and Serene Richview. Besides being president of the school, he also teaches anatomy & physiology, medical surgical nursing, and pharmacology at Honor Health Sciences. Jeffrey Chan was also nominated for Marquis Who's Who in America for all his contributions to healthcare in the valley. In September 2023, He was interviewed and featured for the cover story of the Bilingual and binational magazine Beyond Borders. In November 2023, he was awarded by the Imperial Valley Community Foundation as a Distinguished Philanthropist. He resides in Imperial Valley with his wife and four children.

Jaymee Chan is an RN and has a Masters degree in nursing. She is also an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health RN. Jaymee also has a bachelor's degree in Hotel & Restaurant Institutional Management. She is the co-founder and the administrator of Healthpeak Home Health. She used to work as a treatment RN at Valley Convalescent Center (Now El Centro Post Acute) and was the CEO of Old Faithful Yellowstone LLC. Currently, she teaches nutrition and psychology for nurses at Honor Health Sciences. Jaymee Chan also established, co-founded, and is the administrator of Serene Greenfield Manor & Serene Richview, which are assisted living homes for the elderly located in the San Diego region. In March 2023, she was awarded at the inaugural Imperial Valley WOW Women of Wonder as "Business Woman of the Year." She was recognized by the California Senate and California Legislature assembly because of this recognition. Jaymee was also featured in Beyond Borders binational magazine as one of the cover models and included in the cover story, which was published in the March 2023 Women's Month edition: Women Role Models/ Mujeres Ejemplares. In April 2023, she was given the Soroptomist Ruby Award: "Women helping women". After that, Ms. Chan was included in the May-June 2023 edition of Valley Women Magazine in an article by Joyce Lobeck titled: "Putting the Health In Healthcare." She was then awarded an inclusion to Marquis Who's Who in America because of her contribution to healthcare in the community. In January 2024, she became the 4th top community contributor of the American Nurses Association's "Healthy Nurse Healthy Nation" Leaderboard, and on April, 2024, she became an Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. Jaymee is also one of the board of directors for the IVCF (Imperial Valley Community Foundation.) She resides in Imperial Valley with her husband and four children.

Pamela Blanco is a healthcare professional with over 10 years of experience. She started working as a Certified Nurse Assistant where she discovered her passion in nursing. Ms. Blanco obtained her Associate in Nursing degree at Imperial Valley College, then completed her Bachelor's degree in Nursing at SDSU. She currently works at El Centro Regional Medical Center in the Medical-Surgical department and has recently joined our team, working part-time as a clinical instructor and professor at Honor Health Sciences. Pamela resides in the valley with her husband and children.
Pamela Blanco, BSN RN
Francia has been in the nursing field for 13 years now. She studied and obtained her AS in nursing at Imperial Valley College and obtained her AAS in Nursing at Arizona Western College. She used to work for Volunteers of America, Imperial Manor, Arc of Imperial Valley, and ICOE. She is now currently working towards her BSN. Besides teaching, she is also working at El Centro Regional Medical Center. Francia resides in Imperial valley with her husband and three children.

Maria Gomez has been a registered nurse for years. Her journey started in Valley convalescent center (now El Centro post acute) as a certified nursing assistant. She eventually became a registered nurse, and also worked at El Centro Regional Medical Center. She then became a Nurse supervisor at Healthpeak Home health. Maria is now a clinical instructor for Honor Health Sciences and a professor of Fundamentals of Nursing. She resides in imperial valley with her husband, daughter and son.

Veronica Ramirez started her journey when she became a certified nursing assistant at Pioneers Memorial Hospital. She then eventually became a nurse assigned in medical surgical and pediatrics department. She also used to work at IVHH as an intake coordinator while working part time at PMH. Veronica also used to work at the Calipatria state prison. She then worked at Unicare and methadone clinic as a licensed nurse, Currently, she's a home health nurse for Healthpeak Home health and a clinical instructor for Honor Health Sciences. Veronica resides in imperial valley with her family.

Arceli obtained her GED in Oxnard high school, studied at CET Oxnard CA, IVROP El Centro, and eventually, at Imperial Valley College. Arceli used to work at General dynamics, and Valley convalescent center (now El centro Post Acute).
